- A deliberate withdrawal of support for a project by its founders. More generally, it can refer to any situation or product that suddenly takes a turn for the worse.

- Acronym - Real World Assets
- Tangible assets represented by digital tokens on a blockchain. Tokenizing physical assets allows for fractional ownership and transparent transaction records and can reduce some types of friction associated with trading physical items in a global market.
